Manufacturer's Warranty:
All Brother products are automatically covered by a Brother manufacturer's warranty that begins at the time of purchase.
Purchase of Brother Extended warranty options:
A Brother Extended Warranty can be obtained at the time of purchase or within one month of purchase. The cost is $100 including GST for products with an RRP of under $1,000 or $200 per annum for products with a RRP of more than $1,000. The combined warranty assurance period, that is the original manufacturer's warranty and the extended warranty, cannot exceed 5 years. If your customer would like to buy a Brother Extended Warranty you can purchase the approriate Extended Warranty from Brother.
Standard warranty: One year, onsite within 30km of a service center only.
